It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements then please inform us at the time of booking and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit. We ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues.
 
please note that Emma provides treatments from a beautiful, warm cabin in her garden. Emma understands that at some point If you’d like to use her bathroom then this is located inside Emmas home and is at her discretion to invite you in to her personal space in her home. 
 
We aim to confirm all appointments 24 hours beforehand either by text or email, this also ensures you receive any special offers & promotions.
 
We understand if you need to change or cancel your appointment so please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours will unfortunately incur a 50% charge & on the day 100% will apply .
 
We require signed consent from a Parent/Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16 years old. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment.
Payments may be settled by bank transfer
